How does this work?

Our Apparel shop uses a print on demand shop. This means that you can order whatever you’d like, whenever you want. There are no item minimums and it means we can offer more items to choose from to suit a variety of body types and styles! When you place your order through our website, it goes directly to the print shop, they print your order, and then ship it to you directly!

Is this clothing different than the other tank tops that the beat has sold?

The items on the “APPAREL” page are print on demand clothing items, where as our previous orders have been available and in stock at the studio.

Where is it printed?

The company we use for print on demand has facilities around the world. Our items are typically printed in Canada or the USA. When you place your order, the print company chooses a location based on stock and getting you your order the quickest. The Beat cannot predict where your order will be printed.

how long will it take?

Each item description has an approximate delivery time. Depending on shipping the order may take longer to arrive.

How much is shipping?

Shipping for one item is $9.99. Shipping on additional items is $3.00 per item.

Will I have to pay duty on my order?

If your item is printed outside of Canada, you will have to pay duty on your order. This is outside of our control. Because we cannot predict where your order will be printed, we can’t tell you with any certainty whether or not duty will apply.

What about returns or exchanges?

Your order is printed specially for you when you place your order and unfortunately we cannot process returns or exchanges. Each item includes a size chart for you to reference. If you have questions about sizing, please feel free to email us.

If your item arrives damaged or defective in any way, please contact us immediately and we will help sort it out.

How is the quality?

We regularly place sample orders to ensure the products are worth buying. When we are reviewing clothing, we are making sure that the fabric and print quality is acceptable, the price is reasonable for the item, that the photos accurately represent the items, and that the sizing is reasonable. Feel free to reach out about any specific items if you have more questions.

Do you have extended sizing?

Yes! Where possible we offer the largest range of product sizes, and while our printer charges us extra for some larger sizes we WILL NOT pass that cost along to the consumer. We believe that everyone should pay the same price for the same item, regardless of your size!

While we are limited by what our printing company stocks, we try to choose items that come in as wide a range of sizes as possible.

Can I place a special order?

Right now we don’t have the capacity to take special orders. However we’ll be adding new items to our shop on a regular basis, so if you have a suggestion for a new design, or an item of clothing that we don’t currently have, please email us with your suggestion and we’ll see if we can add it to our next collection!
