This fun barre class will feature those little green inflatable balls - the Bender Ball! This ball adds challenge, intensity and FUN to any workout!
Barre fitness is inspired by ballet and pilates. We use small, repetitive movements to train the body like a dancer. We focus on the back-body muscles like glutes, hamstrings, and calves, with lots of core work through stabilization, balance, and dedicated core exercises.
Please bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle and arrive 10 minutes before class to check in.
